There is so much more to us and our bodies than the obvious.

We are all connected and formed with approximately 37.2 trillion cells and we tend to only focus on our outer beauty rather than our inner health and wellbeing.

We were born so fresh and supple, just magical! And let’s face it, there is no way of going back to that extreme youthful skin and wellbeing. However, there is a way to maintain a healthier body and graceful beauty. How? By going back to the true essence of our prosperity, that is the key molecule in skin ageing, Hyaluronic Acid, A molecule with a unique capacity to bind and retain water molecules.

Our bio-fermented, vegan and completely natural Hyaluron Skincare Drink, compliments and support any topical cosmetics
(creams, serums, oils. etc.) By drinking Hyaluronic Acid, our cells absorb the nutrients faster, restoring the missing HA levels in our bodies which is the main molecule our skin needs to age gracefully with a natural glow, flexible joints, healthy eyes, nails, hair and general wellbeing.

Because we are advocates of absorbing Hyaluronic Acid orally, here are some exciting top foods which contain levels of Hyaluronic Acid.

1. Citrus Foods:

Such as Orange, grapefruit, lemon and lime. Delicious and refreshing for breakfast.

2. KALE:

A superfood as we know because of its high content in fibre, protein and vitamins.

3. Sweet Potatoe and potatoes:

Jump with joy as one of our favourite naughties is actually a goodie! Even though potatoes are high in starch and sugar, the food is high in Hyaluronic Acid, fibre, magnesium, potassium and Vitamin C. Indulge with moderation!

4. Red Wine:

Another exciting one to perhaps enjoy with some potatoes and kale!

5. Dark Chocolate:

Dark chocolate is a high antioxidant and may improve brain function, it also contains Hyaluronic Acid which may help prevent UV from the sun.

Just to name a few, however, there are more non-vegan foods such as bone brother and red meat that is also high in Hyaluronic Acid…

We now know the benefits of oral Hyaluronic Acid, but did you know that one of our ingredients, Vitamin A has a vital effect throughout our bodies? Such as:

Immune function

Bone Metabolism

Skin and cellular health

Teeth

Mucous membrane

Embryonic development and reproduction

Vitamin A and Hyaluronic Acid are powerful components together. Vitamin A stimulates the release of Hyaluronic Acid boosting the skin’s elasticity ( smoothing wrinkles) and health, protecting the skin from sun-effected redness, pigmentation and from any infections attempting to attack the surface of the skin.

PROCEANIS® Hyaluronic Complex, 10ml (a shot a day) includes 120 mcg of Vitamin A. Ensuring your skin receives the upmost nutrients it needs daily. With the support of Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin A, PROCEANIS® Hyaluronic Complex acts on boosting the skin’s moisture levels, health levels and strengthening the bodies skin, hair, nails and vision.

Combine your skincare routine with a healthy diet. Some foods that contain Vitamin A are eggs and dairy products, while foods such as orange, carrot, butternut squash, spinach, papaya, kale, pumpkin and sweet potatoes are full of beta-carotene that your body will use to produce Vitamin A.

A great way to introduce these foods in your diet daily, is to mix up the ingredients.

Add a bunch of spinach into your shake mix a couple of times a week.

Slice Cantaloupes and peaches with a drizzle of honey for morning snack.

Broccoli and Asparagus are a delicious mix in a pan with almonds for extra crunch.

Juice carrots for your afternoon or next morning drink

Pumpkin soup is always delicious and try roasting your kale to crunch above your soup or eat them as chips on the side.

Happy boosting A levels!

Basically, if we do not take care of our skin, our skin won’t be able to take care of us. It is far from the point of looking beautiful and young although that is a goal almost every day! How can we look and feel beautiful and youthful if we neglect the core behind healthy skin?

Stripping back the layers of our skincare creams and injections, what is it that actually protects us in the long run?

Hyaluronic Acid is what helps bind our skin’s moisture to be supple, smooth and thick. Leaving our skin & eyes strong against diseases, against extreme temperature and UV. Keeping our bodies hydrated which boosts our energy and keeps our minds functioning. On the plus side, it strengthens our hair and nails! Hyaluronic Acid is responsible for facilitating smooth movements in our knee joints.

Dry skin is not only caused by the hereditary factor, but by the reduction of Hyaluronic Acid levels in our bodies as we age. We have mentioned that we cannot fight to age, however, we can maintain our skins moisture, hydration and suppleness by ingesting Hyaluronic Acid.

Numerous studies show that Ingested Hyaluronic Acid improves treatment outcome for patients who suffer from dry skin.

From all that winter dryness in the air absorbing our hydration, we want nothing more than to re-hydrate our skin and prepare it for Spring.

Detoxing our bodies is a great way to start. By cutting out all the delicious comfort food and alcohol can be the start for bringing back our glowing skin. After several weeks, we believe in a cheat meal once a week!

My personal daily routine is to rejuvenate, restore and rewind my skin’s clock and here are the following steps.

MORNING ROUTINE:

5:00 am: Wake up and meditate for 10 minutes in bed. ( Sitting upright is a great idea, to avoid falling back asleep, trust me it happens!)

5:30 am: Stretch for 20 minutes; roll out the bodies fascia

5:50 am: Drink two cups of warm water

Warm water first thing in the morning is known to flush out any toxins in the body and helps metabolism. It also protects the body from any toxins throughout the day.

6:00 am: Make my coffee, drink it slowly while reading a book for 20 minutes

6:20 am: Journal writing, whatever is on the mind

6:45 am: Gym time! Reformer Pilates or cardio

7:45 am: Cold shower! Yup, that is right, it is cold and soo good for the skin! Cold showers help speed the bodies metabolism and increase the white blood cells in the body which helps fight diseases. It also increases the bodies blood flow, great for circulation!! And did you know cold water closes your pores!

Start with warm water – allow the pores to open and cleanse – then gradually change the temperature to cold, allowing the body to adapt slowly.

Face cleanse in the shower while the water is warm.

Face cream goes on after I dry up. I use the natural benefits of Sukin

8:00 am: A natural shake or vegan porridge is my go-to. Some may like toast and eggs.

8:15 am: A shot of the Hyaluronfiller – Also known as my daily shot of liquid Hyaluronic Acid.

This helps maintain the Hyaluronic Acid levels in my body, naturally absorbing in the bloodstream, transferring into the skin as it resynthesizes it promotes cell reproduction in the skin. Leaving my skin soft and supple. You can check out the full range here.

8:16 am Another glass of water.

8:20 am: I forgot to put my clothes on! That is usually after my shower! Whoops!

9:00 am: By now, I would be sitting at my desk drinking another black coffee.

10:30 am: Most likely drank other glasses of water, aiming for 8 – 12 a day

11:00 am: Morning snack as I reach out for my homemade hommus and cucumber to dip with.

Cucumbers are extremely hydrating! Full of water!

This is a great recipe for one!

Hummus

AFTERNOON ROUTINE:

1:00 pm: So hungry for lunch! If I have not made a bowl of salad with a side of broccolini. At times I will make my version of a poke bowl.

1:30 pm: Another glass of water or two or three

It is important to have a glass of water 30 minutes after food, so you can allow the body to absorb the food nutrients.

2:00 pm: Working!! In between, I keep my hands glossed in hand cream!

2:30 pm: More water!

3:30 pm: Crunching on a carrot, cucumber or celery

5:30 pm: Try to wrap up the day. Most days I will finish up by 6.

6:30 pm: Love to try to have an early dinner, so here it is! I make a soup, salad or whatever dish I am in the mood for cooking. I personally prefer to have a light dinner!

7:00 pm: Drinking water while watching Netflix

7:30 pm: I am already washing my face! I feel the need to remove my makeup as soon as possible, using the oil from Sukin. Once again, I cleanse my face with warm water before I turn the tap to cold. The cold water feels great and I know how much my skin loves it.

Exfoliate, I only do that two to three times a month.

Night cream goes on. However, ever since I have been drinking my Hyaluronfiller Anti-Ageing Skincare Drink, I find that I do not need to always lather my face in cream. I prefer to give it a break every now and then, throughout the week. My skin seems to love that!

8:00 pm: Drink two cups of warm water

9:30 / 10:00 pm: Bonne Nuit!

Higher levels of collagen and hyaluronic acid are found in skin that is more supple and resistant to wrinkles and fine lines. Collagen gives the skin its strength, elasticity, and structure. As we age, collagen levels gradually lessen and the effects are seen in less vibrant, sagging, and wrinkled skin.

The layers of the skin are supported below the skin’s surface by fibers made up of collagen and elastin. These fibers form what is known as the connective tissue that contains primarily water, protein complexes, and hyaluronic acid. The reason your skin is plump is due to the hyaluronic acid, which has the ability to attract and hold water, making your skin supple and wrinkle free.

Hyaluronic acid is widely distributed in all areas of the human body, but it is especially important to skin because of its significant effects. Among them are:

Keeping wrinkles from surfacing

Maintaining good hydration

Retaining moisture and smoothness

Preserving skin elasticity

Boosting collagen synthesis

Keeping firm skin tone

In short, hyaluronic acid is vital for a healthy body as well as youthful and beautiful skin.

The hyaluronic acid benefits we see when we are young begin to taper off as we age because our bodies unfortunately begin to make less and less of it. This good news is you can replenish your skin with natural nutrients that can keep it healthy and beautiful.

The Connection Between Hyaluronic Acid and Collagen

Collagen is a natural protein that makes up our skin and acts like a scaffold and main building block for cells. Collagen gives the skin its strength, elasticity, and structure. As we age, collagen levels gradually lessen and the effects are seen in less vibrant, sagging, and wrinkled skin.

Environmental factors can also affect the production of collagen and may include improper diet, smoking, pollutants, stress, poor sleep, and sun exposure. Hyaluronic acid, being a water-binding component of the skin, aids in the production of collagen by surrounding the skin cells that produce it with water. Collagen can then grow in appropriate levels for proper skin health and beauty.

Since hyaluronic acid keeps collagen synthesis up, as well as retains skin moisture, contributing to the anti-aging benefits for the skin. Higher levels of collagen and hyaluronic acid are found in skin that is more supple and resistant to wrinkles and fine lines.

In 2015, Catherine De Lange of The Guardian UK published an article titled “Can a drink really make skin look younger?”. In it Catherine uses her own experience as a starting point for exploring the effects of Hyaluronic Acid and Collagen drinks on the body, and specifically their ability to improve skin appearance and lessen the appearance of wrinkles. At the Health & Beauty Group we believe the entire article is worth reading for anyone interested in trying Proceanis® Hyaluronfiller for themselves. Below are some excerpts from the article:

The other ingredient added to a lot of these supplements is hyaluronic acid, which plays a role in cushioning connective tissue. It has a unique capacity for retaining water, and helps give skin a plump appearance. Unlike collagen, which decreases more rapidly as an effect of lifestyle, levels of hyaluronic acid, or HA as it’s often called, drop almost equally fast in everyone, says Fountain’s Nicola Kilner. “Nearly half of it will be gone in our 40s,” she says.

More bold claims, but do they stand up? There is peer-reviewed research to show that HA supplements can improve hydration and wrinkles in people with dry skin.

Fascias are all fibrous connective tissue structures in the body. If there is not enough hyaluronic acid in the fascia, the proportion of the fluid becomes smaller and the connective tissue becomes ever firmer and inflexible.

The post Hyaluronic acid with adhesively bonded fascia appeared first on Health & Beauty Group Pty Ltd.

Fascias are all fibrous connective tissue structures in the body. These include: ligaments (linking bone to bone to hold a joint), tendons (connecting muscle to bone), muscle connective tissue, joint capsules and organ capsules. The fascia is under the abdomen.

The fascia can adapt wonderfully to new conditions: in the case of a local stress, for example by regular sports, the network organizes and develops more strongly. However, the complex braid is also exposed to many stresses. Since the connective tissue is not circulated, only movements ensure that the lymph fluid transports nutrients to the fascia and carries away waste products. If the muscular movements are absent, the fascia may adhere. This is mainly due to the fibrinogen, which is more and more enriched in the fluid, which is normally necessary to close wounds. In the connective tissue, it can also clump together when it is highly concentrated because of insufficient exchange. The connective tissue fluid itself also plays a decisive role. For the less water it contains, the more concentrated are the substances contained in it. Bonding and hardening of the fascia can also be attributed to an insufficient binding of water. If there is not enough hyaluronic acid in the fascia, the proportion of the fluid becomes smaller and the connective tissue becomes ever firmer and inflexible.

Bonded and hardened fascies cause pain

Joint pain, back problems and a worsening of mobility can be the result of glued and hardened fascia. Especially pain, the cause of which cannot be determined even after detailed examination, can often be traced back to adherent fascia. Nerve endings are no longer adequately protected by the fascia, but can be easily squeezed. The close interplay of the receptors in the fascia signals that something is wrong in the body without injuries or inflammation. However, since the fascia is a close-knit network, local adhesions may adversely affect the entire organism over time.

Hyaluronic acid makes the fascia more supple

With age, the fluid content of the fascia decreases. The connective tissue becomes more immobile because the ratio is more and more shifted to the rigid collagen fibers, while the proportion of natural hyaluronic acid decreases. Already starting from about 25 years our body produces less of the multiple sugar. But not only the natural ageing process, but also lack of movement, overweight, stress and incorrect diet can damage the fascine. The regular intake of hyaluronic preparations, besides stretching exercises, massages and a balanced diet, can improve the function of the fascia and at the same time relieve many pain in the joints, muscles and tendons.

Hyaluronic acid can withstand strong pressure, act as a shock absorber and remain the elasticity, which makes its presence in cartilage, tendons, ligaments and connective tissue essential for supporting healthy joint function.

The post Hyaluronic acid – natural lubricant for the joints appeared first on Health & Beauty Group Pty Ltd.

In order to move joints in an optimal level and supply them with nutrients, they must be surrounded by viscous substances, which can adapt their structure flexibly and cushion high loads.

Hyaluronic acid has exactly the same properties. The polysaccharide belonging to the glycosaminoglycans (GAG) is capable of binding large quantities of water. Because of these water deposits, the hyaluronic acid can withstand strong pressure, act as a shock absorber and remain the elasticity. The hyaluronic acid also ensures that the individual gel components can move smoothly. This is because it can alter its viscosity: the stronger the forces, the more it liquefies without being pushed out of the joint like water.

Hyaluronic acid: Not only in the joints

Since hyaluronic acid adheres particularly well to the cartilage, it is not surprising that it constitutes the main part of the joint fluid. Hyaluronic acid is found not only in the cartilage and in the joints but also in the connective tissue. In tendons and ligaments, skin, lymph fluid and the vitreous of the eye, the multi-sugar is, for example, contained in large quantities.

Body hyaluronic acid

The cells of the connective tissue can produce hyaluronic acid itself, in order to transport them outwards into the cell interspaces (extracellular matrix). However, self-production is slowly declining from 25 years of age. This has wide-reaching consequences: wear is gradually occurring in the joints. But even the skin can store less water, so that over time folds are created.

Joints support sensibly

In the case of a starting osteoarthritis, a therapy with hyaluronic acid, which is injected directly into the affected joint space, can alleviate the discomfort. However, the hyaluronic acid which has been added is decomposed after a relatively short time. The regular intake of hyaluronic acid can also minimize arthritic pain, but also optimally support the joints at high loads

Our joints are perfectly adapted to their tasks in the body: they connect the bones and ensure that movements are possible without problems. The cartilages have a smooth surface in order to keep the friction resistance as low as possible and make the individual elements supple.

To train effectively and to really do something good for your body, sport activity should be tailored to you. This means that training sessions must be adapted to the personal condition of each person. Osteoarthritis is either caused, among other things, by too little or too much movement.

So, at the beginning, try out exercises that are easy for you. You can then build up slowly on these exercises. Care should be taken to ensure that the stress is not too one-sided and that the whole body is best integrated into the training. It is very important that you are free of pain during training. This means that you should monitor each session and adjust the training intensity when the symptoms are stronger. In order to achieve a certain regularity, look at a min. of three days a week, which you use for exercising. Alternatively, 30 minutes per day is a good solution.

You can combine the training with your leisure time, because sport is probably the only therapy against osteoarthritis that can be fun. If you find it hard to motivate yourself, you might want to join sport groups, because together everything is easier. The right activities and sports can avoid surgery. Discuss with your doctor and start your workout today.
